TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between MTN SOL LLC, doing business as Outdoor Driven Sports ("we," "us," or "our"), and you, the customer ("you" or "User"). By claiming a discount, submitting a form, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Outdoor Driven Sports provides mobile ski and snowboard tuning and repair services delivered directly to a customer's specified location (Home, Hotel, or Office). Service is subject to technician availability and weather conditions suitable for mobile operations.
2. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
The 20% Social Media Offer:
This discount applies specifically to labor for standard ski and snowboard tunes. It cannot be combined with other offers.
Claim Now, Schedule Later:
Claiming the 20% discount through our landing page "locks in" the promotional rate for the current winter season. This submission is not a confirmed appointment.
Scheduling:
Once a discount is claimed, a representative from Outdoor Driven Sports will reach out via phone, SMS, or email to coordinate a service date and time. Appointments are first-come, first-served.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Access:
You must provide a safe and legal area for our service vehicle to park and perform work (e.g., a driveway, private parking lot, or designated hotel loading zone).
Equipment Condition:
You must accurately describe the condition of your gear. We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing if the equipment requires significant repairs (e.g., major core shots or edge replacement) beyond a standard tune.
Safety:
For the safety of our technicians, please ensure the work area is clear of pets and hazards.
4. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.
Cancellations:
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Because we are a mobile service with limited daily slots, frequent last-minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your discount.
5. LIABILITY & GEAR SAFETY
Safe Handling:
While we use professional-grade equipment and expert techniques, the customer acknowledges that tuning involves removing material from the base and edges of the gear.
Theft Prevention:
One of the primary benefits of our service is performing work on-site so that gear does not need to be left in a vehicle or at a public shop. However, MTN SOL LLC is not responsible for the security of your equipment before we arrive or after we depart your premises.
Inherent Risk:
Skiing and snowboarding are inherently dangerous sports. MTN SOL LLC is not liable for any injuries or equipment failure resulting from the use of gear after service has been performed.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive transactional and marketing communications from us via SMS, phone, and email. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
